Seit mehr als 25 Jahren begleite ich Menschen, Teams und Organisationen in politischen, zivilgesellschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Transformationsprozessen — in 15 Ländern in Europa, Afrika und dem Nahen Osten. Schwerpunkte sind Leadership, politische Kommunikation, Empowerment, Organisationsentwicklung und die Begleitung von Multiplikatorinnen und Multiplikatoren.
